Pocho's Holiday Market (2021)
Friday 12/17 @ Pocho's Restaurant (2025 W 35th St)

We'll have a donation table setup at the Pocho's Holiday Market. We will have a box on display to collect donations for our storybook gift boxes. The materials collected will be packaged by our team and handed out to the community at our next event, A New Year with New Friends Holiday Social

A New Year with New Friends Holiday Social (2021)
Wednesday Dec. 22 |  McKinley Park Library meeting room | 3-6pm 

This is our very first community event run by Pinky Swear Collective. Please join us at the McKinley Park Library meeting room for a holiday meet and greet. We'll be handing out our handcrafted storybook gift boxes for ages 3-7 and 8+. You can also take a picture with friends and family at our holiday backdrop. 

*gift box availability will be on a first come first serve basis 

Christmas Portrait

"We Are McKinley Park" community art project (2022)
Saturday Mar. 19 |  McKinley Community Play Garden 

We are inviting all McKinley Park neighbors and friends to visit the  McKinley Park Community Play Garden for our community art project. The title of the artwork is called, We Are McKinley Park. There will be a large canvas with drawn in picture frames where we invite you to express in your own way what makes McKinley Park so incredible. It can be a self-portrait, or drawings of anything that makes our neighborhood special. If drawing isn't your thing, you can write a poem or just a word(s) to express how you feel. Creativity is limitless and there are no rules!

The exhibit will go up on Saturday, March 19 during the "Welcome back Spring" Community Play Garden event from 1-3pm, and will remain up for 8 weeks. 

*We will provide acrylic paint markers and oil pastels but feel free to bring any mediums you would like to use but please note that they will be need to withstand outdoor elements like rain, wind, snow.
